SUMMARY OF FUNCTION 


As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of projects. You will work closely with the Projects Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are planned and executed efficiently, delivered on time, and within budget. Your strong management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be critical in coordinating project activities and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.


REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

  • NLNG Experience

  • Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in a services industry.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Jira).

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum) is preferred.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
