Requirements



  • HND/ Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Estate Management, Surveying, or a related field.

  • Professional certification from a recognized body such as the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate surveying, with a focus on property valuation and management.

  • Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market and regulations.

  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for property management and valuation.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.


Job Responsibilities:
