Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estate Surveyor to join our dynamic team.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property portfolios, conducting property valuations, and providing strategic advice on real estate investments.


• The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the Lagos real estate market.

Requirements

• HND/ Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Estate Management, Surveying, or a related field.


• Professional certification from a recognized body such as the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate surveying, with a focus on property valuation and management.


• Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market and regulations.


• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.


• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for property management and valuation.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations and prepare comprehensive valuation reports.


• Manage and oversee property portfolios, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.


• Provide strategic advice on real estate investments and asset management.


• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.


• Negotiate and manage lease agreements and property transactions.


• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.


• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.


• Mentor and supervise junior surveyors and support staff.
