This is a leadership position requiring a very good knowledge of the outsourcing services value chain, Business Development, proposal preparation & presentation, client relationship management are essential requirements of the position. The management of all the firm’s outsourcing contracts are key requirements of the role. Suitable candidates will have upwards of twelve years HR/outsourcing management experience, and would currently be functioning as the Head, or Deputy Head of an outsourcing function. He/she will be responsible for budget, revenue, profitability, the effective Co-ordination of the outsourcing division, and client relationship management.
