Position Summary:



  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

  • This role requires a proactive and motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for real estate and sales.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Generation:



  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and preferences.

  • Present and promote ThinkMint Nigeria’s products and services to potential clients.


Client Relationship Management:



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.


Sales Strategy and Planning:



  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.


Reporting and Documentation:



  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends for the appropriate quarters.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
