Job Description
Position Summary:
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
- This role requires a proactive and motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for real estate and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and preferences.
- Present and promote ThinkMint Nigeria’s products and services to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends for the appropriate quarters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
