JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Work with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.

  • Foster a positive work environment and maintain strong employee relations.

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

  • Implement and monitor employee engagement programs.

  • Develop and implement performance management systems.

  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.

  • Work with managers to create performance improvement plans when necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resource management.

  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

  • Experience working in a media house will be an advantage.
