Job Description

• We're looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations on our properties.


• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair work, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work


• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly


• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend repairs


• Assist in renovations and construction projects as needed


• Collaborate with external contractors and vendors


• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities


• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field


• Degree in any discipline


• Must reside in Abuja, preferably around Utako


• Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair principles


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment


• Availability for on-call shifts and emergency response
