Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.


• Must have completed NYSC program


• Basic understanding of network administrator and network security.


• Hands-on experience in networking, routing, switching, and security


• Familiarity with enterprise network management solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems, including desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and other peripherals.


• Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems,


• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on computer hardware, including upgrades, and replacements.


• Assist with the setup, and troubleshooting of network equipment, including routers, and wireless access points.


• Monitor IT security policies, including antivirus updates, password management, and access control measures.


• Create and maintain documentation, and training materials to facilitate user self-service.


• Resolve technical issues, procure IT equipment and services, and ensure timely delivery and support.
