  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist.

  • The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, negotiating and closing deals, and achieving sales targets.

  • The role will also involve market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning.


Qualifications



  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities

  • Ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities

  • Knowledge of the transport,logistics, air travel industry and market dynamics

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill

  • Available to resume within 2weeks or less

  • Proximity to the Island is crucial
