  • This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for technology and a proven track record in sales and business development of B2B and Enterprise.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Execution:



  • Help to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales of Cybersecurity and Software Development.

  • Identify and target potential customers, including businesses, government agencies, and other organisations.

  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.


Client Relationship Management:



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of its cutting-edge technology solutions.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client enquiries and concerns promptly.


Business Development:



  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand market reach.

  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.


Technical Expertise:



  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Cybersecurity and Software Development.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the sales process.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.


Reporting and Analysis:



  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, business development initiatives, and market feedback.

  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.


Requirements



  • First Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Sciences or a related field.

  • Experience in sales and business development, preferably in Cybersecurity and Technology or Cloud services industry.

  • Strong understanding of technology solutions

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
