Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Help to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales of Cybersecurity and Software Development.
- Identify and target potential customers, including businesses, government agencies, and other organisations.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of its cutting-edge technology solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client enquiries and concerns promptly.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand market reach.
- Develop and execute business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.
Technical Expertise:
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Cybersecurity and Software Development.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the sales process.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, business development initiatives, and market feedback.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- First Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Sciences or a related field.
- Experience in sales and business development, preferably in Cybersecurity and Technology or Cloud services industry.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
