Duities and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the supply chain sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate products and services to customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s products and services.
Requirements
- BSc or HND/OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the supply chain or logistics sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in a similar role within the supply chain industry.Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with logistics and inventory management software.
