Job Summary



  • A Presenter and Copywriter is responsible for delivering engaging presentations and creating compelling written content for various media platforms.

  • This role requires a combination of strong communication skills, creative writing abilities, and an understanding of audience engagement strategies.

  • The individual will work closely with marketing, production, and creative teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.


Key Responsibilities

Presentations:



  • Deliver engaging and informative presentations for various purposes, including webinars, live events, video content, and corporate meetings.

  • Research and prepare presentation materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

  • Develop and use visual aids, such as slides and multimedia content, to enhance presentations.

  • Engage with the audience, respond to questions, and facilitate discussions.


Copywriting:



  • Create compelling and persuasive copy for various platforms, including websites, social media, advertisements, email campaigns, and print materials.

  • Develop content that aligns with the brand voice and messaging guidelines.

  • Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy and credibility.

  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and error-free content.


Content Development:



  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and creative teams to develop content strategies.

  • Generate ideas for new content and campaigns that will engage the target audience.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.


Brand Representation:



  • Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining a professional and positive image in all public interactions.

  • Ensure all content and presentations are aligned with brand values and objectives.


Project Management:



  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of projects.

  • Track and report on content performance, making recommendations for improvement.


Client Interaction:



  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and objectives.

  • Provide guidance and suggestions to clients during the content creation process.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in presenting and copywriting or related fields.

  • A portfolio or reel showcasing previous presentations and written work.

  • Proven experience as a Presenter, Copywriter, or similar role.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.

  • Proficiency in using presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) and multimedia tools.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Creativity and a strong sense of storytelling.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

  • Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing trends (preferred).
