Responsibilities

• Prepare, Schedule, Coordinate and Monitor progress throughout the project life cycle.


• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stake holders and ensure technical feasibility.


• Forecast requirements, prepare budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.


• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.


• Perform risk management to minimize project risks – identify and escalate possible risks and develop mitigation plans.


• Track the design schedule to ensure design and documentation is delivered in a prioritized manner.


• Coordinate internal resources, including personnel, to ensure efficient project execution.


• Interface with management and project team members in ensuring that project deadlines are met, and appropriate recovery plans and control measures are put in place to check any slippage from project baseline.


• Ensure follow-up of outstanding deliverables per Project assigned.


• Coordinate project progress and report projects status.


• Responsible for making sure that all project deliverables are prepared/revved up and submitted to Client as at when due through Document Control.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality project execution.

Requirements

• B.Eng. in any Science or Engineering field


• Minimum of 8 years experience in design engineering.


• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.


• Time management and organization skills.


• Proficiency in the use of Primavera P6 & MS Project


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
