Responsibilities



  • Drive sales target towards achieving business objectives/KPIs for the territory

  • Handle key partners' and customers' complaints.

  • Ensure compliance with the Company’s trade policies

  • Track partner's performances and conduct monthly reconciliation

  • Adhere to monthly journey plan of partners' visitation and engagement

  • Increase business opportunities through opening of new channels, manage partners to achieve targets, and grow sales portfolio within assigned territory

  • Analyse and review partners' performance against agreed KPIs.

  • Organize activities that will lead to more acquisition and repayment


Personal Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 4-5 years of work experience.

  • Knowledge of field sales and Market Intelligence

  • Sales experience on sticky products

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

  • Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

  • Speak local language

  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
