Drive sales target towards achieving business objectives/KPIs for the territory
Handle key partners' and customers' complaints.
Ensure compliance with the Company’s trade policies
Track partner's performances and conduct monthly reconciliation
Adhere to monthly journey plan of partners' visitation and engagement
Increase business opportunities through opening of new channels, manage partners to achieve targets, and grow sales portfolio within assigned territory
Analyse and review partners' performance against agreed KPIs.
Organize activities that will lead to more acquisition and repayment
Personal Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 4-5 years of work experience.
Knowledge of field sales and Market Intelligence
Sales experience on sticky products
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
