Responsibilities



  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence

  • Managing objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

  • 4+ years proven track record as a Sales Executive/Business Development Manager, in a Government Establishment

  • Ability to conduct market reearch

  • Understanding and promoting company programs

  • Ability to discover and track new sales prospects

  • Advanced Excel and MS Office skills

  • In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations

  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping

  • Strong analytical and project management skills.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
