  • To achieve growth and meet sales targets as given from time to time.


Responsibilities



  • Strictly follow the route plan.

  • Submitting daily visit reports to the NSM.

  • Developing positive relationships with Interface

  • Cross-checking stock availability across all categories and skus

  • Cross checking of secondary tag price and margin percentage.

  • Collecting primary orders from Businesses.

  • Submitting primary POS orders to the reporting manager.

  • Keeping outstanding data and records

  • Timely collecting payments from non-centralized partners.

  • keeping records and following up on service-related issues on a regular basis

  • 100 % target achievement.

  • Sharing ideas regarding instore & outdoor branding for B2B

  • Positive team member and strictly follow company policy, rules & regulations, Follow reporting manager instructions & timely communication.

  • To initiate changes to improve the business

  • Other duties as may be assigned


Requirements



  • Minimum of First Degree in related field

  • 2-3 years cognate experience

  • In-depth products and industry knowledge

  • Very good oral and written communication.

  • Deep attention to details, interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and report writing skills.

  • Business acumen, customer focus and leadership skills
