Job Summary



  • Our client in the supply chain sector is currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in Ado-Ekiti.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Managing Director's schedule, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.


Responsibilities



  • Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director, including emails, phone calls, and letters.

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the Managing Director.

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

  • Assist with personal tasks and errands for the Managing Director as needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Conduct research and compile information for reports and presentations as requested by the Managing Director.

  • Coordinate with other departments and external partners to ensure smooth communication and operations.

  • Manage expenses and prepare expense reports for the Managing Director.

  • Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Experience in a similar role within the supply chain industry.

  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.

  • Familiarity with logistics and inventory management software.
