Major Responsibilities

• Assign and monitor operational responsibilities, such as inspection of projects and sites, responding to technical problems and ensuring that customers’ requests/complains are addressed effectively.


• Coordinate the teams on maintenance service, repairs of all capacities of Generators & Machinery.


• Supervises the usage, preservation, and office Generators.


• Review reports sentby team Leads and analyse the major and repetitive breakdowns, delays and proffer long lasting solution.


• Ensure Improvementon operational management system, processes and best practices


• Preparing an annual operating budget, goals and objectives for each department and monitoring the departments’ performance.


• Work closelywith othermanagers to improve profitability and efficiency.


• Performs periodic checks to ensure the teams are working in line with the compliance policies.


• Supports the Management on strategic decision making towards improving performances and general employees.

Requirements

Education and other Qualifications:

• MSc/BSC/HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field discipline.


• Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification required.


• Proficiency in ERP application and other relevant applications

Experience:

• Minimum of six years experience in a similar role


• At least four years experience in the same industry
