Job Description



  • Reporting to the Head of projects, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects and site teams.

  • To include stakeholder engagement, leading site meetings, managing programme and budget, managing health and safety, managing sub-contractors, overseeing QA/QC, ensuring production milestones are achieved etc.

  • Developing detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.

  • Leading and motivating cross functional project teams to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the project life cycle.

  • Identifying potential risks and implementing proactive measure to mitigate them.

  • Ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Monitoring project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation,

  • Regularly updating stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any necessary adjustments.


Qualification and Experience



  • B.Eng / HND in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or similar discipline

  • Proven experience of managing large scale projects in the telecommunication industry.

  • Strong project management expertise, including planning, scheduling and risk management.

  • Excellent leadership abilities

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
