Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos State, Nigeria.


• As a Deposit Mobilization Manager at Mkobo, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and mobilize deposits from individual and corporate clients.


• You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify potential depositors and build strong relationships, ensuring effective mobilization and management of deposits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field


• Proven experience in deposit mobilization or sales in the banking or financial industry


• Strong knowledge of banking products and services


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
