About the Role-


The Kitchen Manager is responsible for driving excellence within a given area. Set the standard and culture through coaching things such as brand standard,food safety and quality,Team development etc.The supervisor constantly write line ups based on the schedule,run breaks and solve problems whether it be food,machine,or employee issues that hinders operations.


Job description



  • Supervise production and serving of all meals.

  • Notify Management when raw materials are needed

  • Ensure Staffs Compliance to company recipe 

  • Employee management ( resumption time, accurate uniforms and ethical behavior)

  • Excellent record keeping of food supply and usage

  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

  • Ensuring that the kitchen and services are clean and tidy

  • Manage team effectively

  • Create schedules for kitchen staff to ensure there are always enough workers to meet demand.

  • Develop the ability to effectively run culinary operations and lead to brand standards.

  • Assist/ conduct performance reviews as necessary

  • Audit internal processes and adjust as needed to complete operational goals.

  • Build and maintain a positive and safe work environment for all team members.


Requirements



  • 1-3 years of Working experiences as a supervisor or a similar role in the hospitality industry.

  • Good communication skills Verbal and written

  • Knowledge of food health and safety procedure

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Highly organized individual

  • A flexible can do attitude

  • The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
