Job Description



  • Primary responsibilities include sourcing and converting prospects into buyers of new homes/under development. 

  • Ability to contribute and work in a team towards execution of winning sales strategies.  

  • Sourcing and contributing to growth in database of prospective customers. 

  • Responsibilities include managing sales relationships from start (conversion of prospects to customers) to delivery of new homes. 

  • Possess abilities and drive to conduct face to face prospective engagements, project the brand and make customer visits. 

  • Candidates should be self motivated with abilities to work under minimal or without supervision. 

  • Additional remuneration include sales commission and incentives.
