Job Brief 

We are seeking a qualified individual to oversee the installation and quality control of smart glass and film products on-site. This role is crucial in ensuring high standards of installation, product quality, and team training. 

Responsibilities 

•  Oversee and ensure the quality installation of smart glass and film products at various project sites. 


• Conduct site visits to monitor installation progress and address any issues that may arise. 


• Train and mentor team members on proper installation techniques and procedures for smart film. 


• Perform quality checks on products before they are shipped out to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. 


• Collaborate closely with production teams to coordinate schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials to sites. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering or a related field. 


• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role on construction sites or similar environments. 


• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Site Project management. Excellent leadership and communication skills to train effectively and manage a team. 


• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills and project management tools. 

Salary: 120,000.
