Responsibilities: 



  • Responsible for answering and handling daily complaints from Chinese customers

  • Undertake the basic daily demands and implementation of various internal business departments

  • Continuously supervise and urge completed tasks to ensure on-time delivery

  • Other temporarily arranged tasks

  • Monitor and analyze customer service operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Conduct data analysis to track key performance metrics (KPIs) and identify trends or issues affecting customer satisfaction.


Requirements:



  • Ability to speak Mandarin Fluently is a MUST

  • Quick learning ability

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques especially good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

  • Familiarity with customer service best practices and strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction
