Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.


• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies in stock counts.


• Coordinate with the purchasing department to manage stock replenishment and ensure timely deliveries.


• Track inventory movements and update records.


• Prepare and generate inventory reports for management review.


• Identify and implement improvements to inventory processes and procedures.


• Address and resolve any issues related to inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.


• Proven experience as an Inventory Officer or similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.


• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.


• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office (especially Excel).


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
