- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to find and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to senior management.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized tertiary institution
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for sales roles.
- Proven ability to source and attract high-caliber sales professionals
- Strong understanding of sales functions and the qualities that make a successful sales candidate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
