  • Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to find and engage passive candidates.

  • Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to senior management.


Qualifications



  • A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized tertiary institution

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for sales roles.

  • Proven ability to source and attract high-caliber sales professionals

  • Strong understanding of sales functions and the qualities that make a successful sales candidate.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
