Job Summary:


We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team as a Business Support Officer. This role offers diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on enhancing company visibility and operational efficiency through digital services.


Key Responsibilities:


Digital Presence Management: 



  •  Develop and implement strategies to enhance company visibility and engagement online.

  •   Manage and optimize social media platforms and other digital channels to promote company services effectively.

  •   Create compelling content, including posts, articles, and multimedia materials, to attract and inform our audience.


Customer Interaction:



  •   Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback.

  •   Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

  •   Resolve issues effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.


Operational Support:



  •   Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning across departments.

  •   Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver quality service and support.

  •   Contribute to various projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and company growth.


Website Maintenance:



  •   Manage and update company website content to ensure it reflects current offerings and engages visitors effectively.

  •   Monitor website performance and user experience, implementing improvements as needed.


Promotional Activities:



  •   Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

  •   Support promotional efforts to increase brand awareness and foster business relationships.


Stakeholder Engagement:



  •   Cultivate positive relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.

  •   Facilitate communication and address inquiries or concerns to maintain productive partnerships.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related fields.

  • Strong understanding of online platforms, digital marketing strategies, and content creation.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
