Position Overview



  • As a Product Marketer, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote our medical products.

  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and regulatory affairs to ensure successful product launches and ongoing market success.

  • Your insights and creativity will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, sales growth.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for assigned medical products.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Create compelling marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales tools and support materials.

  • Plan and execute promotional activities such as conferences, webinars, and product demonstrations.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

  • Ensure effective communication and promotion of marketplace features.

  • Collaborate in crafting a go-to-market plan, determining timing and communication approaches for successful product conversions.

  • Analyze adoption patterns and develop recommendations using product knowledge and insights across the product portfolio.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with affiliate needs and ensure product consistency.

  • Participate in various communication channels, including emails, texts, calls and training/demo sessions with affiliates.

  • Assist in converting potential customers into paying customers through targeted marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather information on customer interests and preferences, improving engagement with product offerings.


Requirements



  • A Bachelor's Degree in a Medical-related field / Business Administration and the like.

  • Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience, especially in the Medical / Pharmaceutical Sector.

  • Great customer service skills.

  • Sound negotiation and sales skills.

  • Problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Should be able to drive a car.

  • Effective communication skills.
