Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Implement and oversee employee recognition programs.

- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Conduct salary surveys and job evaluations to maintain competitive compensation structures.
Compliance and Policy Management
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
