Job Details

• Monitor and analyze data from remote monitoring systems (RMS) to ensure the efficient operations of telecom sites.


• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to RMS alerts, equipment failures, power outages, and environmental conditions.


• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of RMS equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.


• Utilize RMS tools and software to track and optimize diesel consumption per telecom tower.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement performance optimization strategies based on RMS data analysis.


• Provide technical expertise in diesel generator operations, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.


• Oversee routine inspections and preventive maintenance on diesel generators to ensure proper functioning and longevity.


• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to diesel generators in a timely manner.


• Maintain accurate records of RMS data, generator maintenance activities, and performance metrics.


• Provide training and guidance to field technicians on RMS operation, generator maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.


• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to remote monitoring systems, telecom tower operations, and diesel generator technology.


• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing duties related to RMS maintenance, generator operations, and maintenance.


• Any other assignment that may be assigned
