Job Overview:



  • Pharmarun is seeking an experienced Growth Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

  • This role is crucial in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative product strategies.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a focus on growth and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems. 


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and design, to deliver product improvements and new features.

  • Analyze user data and feedback to identify growth opportunities and optimize the user journey.

  • Lead experiments and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the success of growth initiatives.

  • Drive the adoption of new features and products, ensuring they align with user needs and company goals.

  • Identify and prioritize new market opportunities and partnerships to expand Pharmarun's reach.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, growth, or related roles.

  • Proven track record of driving growth in a tech-driven company, preferably in the health tech or e-commerce space.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
