Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Partnership, Events & Community Manager to join our team.
- This role is integral to building and maintaining relationships with partners, planning and executing events, and fostering a vibrant community around our training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Management:
- Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with strategic partners introducing our internship program and securing internships for our graduates
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing relationships to ensure mutual benefit and satisfaction.
Event Planning and Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including workshops, seminars, conferences, and networking events for the current students and alumni community
- Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, registration, and attendee communication.
- Develop event agendas, secure facilitators, speakers and manage event budgets.
- Evaluate event outcomes and gather feedback to continuously improve event quality and attendee experience.
Community Building:
- Develop and implement strategies to foster a strong and engaged community of learners, alumni, and industry professionals.
- Manage online and offline community platforms, including social media groups, forums, and newsletters.
- Organize and facilitate community activities, such as discussion groups, networking events, and peer-to-peer learning opportunities.
- Gather and analyze community feedback to inform program development and community initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partnership management, event planning, and community building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in the training or education sector is a plus.
