Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO will be responsible for leading the financial management of the company, developing and implementing financial strategies, and ensuring the financial health and growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives


• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting


• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including financial statements and management reports


• Lead the finance team, including accounting, treasury, and financial planning


• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders


• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards


• Develop and manage financial risk management strategies


• Identify and evaluate opportunities for financial growth and optimization


• Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and profitability

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field


• Professional certification in accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CMA)


• At least 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the financial services or Fintech industry


• Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices


• Excellent leadership and management skills


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Nice to Have:

• Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field


• Experience in auditing or financial consulting


• Knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations and standards


• Certification in financial planning (e.g., CFP)
