Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Avionic, or equivalent qualification


• Proven experience as a Technical Records Officer or Maintenance Planner


• Proficient in Computer-based applications used for handling computer data and information

Job role

• Responsible for performing checks on the accomplished work orders including verification for filling, signing off, finalizing CRS, closing in the Airworthiness system, and archiving hard copy and digital copy.


• Monitoring maintenance and repair activities of the aircraft and report any discrepancies or issues.


• Liaising with CAMO, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain in improving process and problem resolution.


• Reviewing the electronic record system, identifying errors and/or omissions, and liaising with maintenance personnel to have appropriate corrections made to ensure the system is reflective of maintenance activities performed


• Monitoring logbooks usage and supply to line stations


• Preparing monthly utilization report


• Entering technical and flight log data into the computerized system


• Managing technical records folders and files
