The Sales Executive leads strategic competitive sales and marketing placement and development of Personal and Home Care chemicals.
This role is also responsible for developing concepts of business development that would ensure the capture of new customers and business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Leads strategic competitive sales and marketing placement and development of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and consumer chemicals.
Develops concepts of business development that would ensure the capture of new customers and business opportunities.
Budgets and forecasts sales on a periodic basis.
Ensures effective and appropriate price negotiation with customers.
Monitors ordering stocks, relationships with suppliers, and delivery at the warehouse on time for ordered material.
Ensures regular visits to clients and develops new clients every month to increase turnover and ROI.
Adheres strictly to statutory and regular requirements.
Provides and analyses market information as well as suggests new product ideas that would add value and impact the business strategy of the organization.
Conducts periodic trials with customers and suggests the respective application rates and methods to the clients to reach the maximum cost benefit of the product.
Requirements
B. Tech, Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or any relevant degree
Technical knowledge and experience in developing Personal Care and Home Care product formulations at lab-level
Previous experience in Quality Control, R&D or Production
Previous experience in selling ingredients and raw materials
