  • Our client is currently looking to hire a seasoned Executive Assistant to the CEO.

  • He / she will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO and managing the organisation’s operations.

  • This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide sophisticated calendar management for the CEO.

  • Prioritize inquiries and requests to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organisation. This includes assisting with special tasks/projects, drafting and reviewing documents, reports and presentations; preparing information for meetings; drafting and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact database; and making travel arrangements.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the CEO. This includes those of a highly confidential or critical nature. Prioritize and determine the appropriate course of action, referral or response.

  • Work closely with the CEO to keep him well informed on all upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

  • Anticipate the CEOs needs ahead of meetings, conferences and so on.

  • Providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and other stakeholders.

  • Invest in building long-lasting relationships both externally and internally.

  • Other projects/duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Certifications



  • University Degree.

  • 3 - 4 years work experience.

  • Significant executive support experience.

  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.

  • High degree of professionalism in dealing with a diverse group of people, including Board members, senior executives, and staff.

  • Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.

  • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little guidance.

  • Ability to react with the appropriate level of urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround.

  • Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
