  • We are seeking a highly experienced clinical service coordinator to work with our team, ensuring outstanding leadership and clinical oversight while performing all required duties.


Clinical Service Coordinator Responsibilities:



  • Manage the Clinical Department and associated activities of the clinical staff

  • Evaluate patients and provide appropriate medical treatment for various illnesses and injuries.

  • Be actively involved in setting up clinics and/or facilities, including design, layout, equipment, recruitment and other matters;

  • Liaise with consultants and specialists on patients’ medical conditions when applicable

  • Prescribe, administer, and dispense medication by state and federal statutes.

  • Ensure that patient care is optimal and adheres to the clinical guidelines and quality standards.

  • Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications, and transactions according to company policies and procedures.

  • Supervise other clinical staff to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current care methods and procedures and suggest improvements

  • Perform minor medical, surgical, and procedures.

  • Exhibits a high degree of responsibility for confidential matters.

  • Provide oversight, training, and development to medical staff

  • Maintains working knowledge of the medical staff bylaws, rules and regulations, and Hospital policies.

  • Identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and reporting quality improvement initiatives

  • Oversees the development of departmental policies and procedures

  • Review and understand client/patient expectations.

  • Promote and maintain harmonious and effective relationships and communication between the medical department and other departments.

  • Be a culture alignment champion and exhibit high degree of responsibility and leadership prowess

  • Strict adherence to the usage of EMR.

  • Routine submission of reports and ensure compliance to meeting or staff engagement schedules


Requirements



  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or any other relevant discipline.

  • Master's degree in healthcare or business management
