- Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join their supply chain team in Ado-Ekiti.
- This position is ideal for a fresh graduate with strong computer and communication skills. The preferred candidate must reside in Ado-Ekiti.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Update and maintain customer records in the company database.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on customer requests and complaints to ensure resolution.
- Provide support in tracking orders and shipments.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Must reside in Ado-Ekiti.
- Basic understanding of supply chain operations.
- Experience in a customer service role (internship or part-time experience is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
