Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:


• Managing the collection of produce from suppliers


• Overseeing basic processing and packaging of produce Ensuring timely dispatch to clients


• Managing quality assurance, inventory, and record-keeping processes


• Ensuring overall profitability and client satisfaction


• Overseeing operations at our Gourmand restaurant in Apapa during assigned shift'

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management,or a related field


• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the food industry


• Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities


• Knowledge of inventory management and quality assurance practices


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• High level of attention to detail


• Flexibility to work shifts at our restaurant as needed
