Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Provide support in HR Projects and processes specifically recruitment and staff engagement activities.

  • Coordinate HR administrative procedures and processes.

  • Assist in administering recruitment briefs, screening and suitable candidates.

  • Planning and coordination of documentation and onboarding of new hires.

  • Assist in coordination of employee engagement activities.

  • Assist in periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.

  • Provides clerical support to the HR department.

  • Any other function that may be assigned


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in related field with 1 - 2 years of work experience

  • CIPM or any HR Professional certification will be added advantage

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and under high pressure.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
