Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Supervisor to join our team in Lagos, Ibadan, Abuja, PHC and Kano. As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales.

• Responsible for docking with business departments, completing the access of potential customers for store opening; understanding the needs of customers for store opening, and completing the signing and store opening


• Follow up on store purchase orders and complete the listing of goods in the store


• Regularly inspect each store and correct any problems found.


• Maintain daily sales of the store, plan store promotions, and assist promoters in managing the store.


• Pay attention to store sales, summarize store sales data, and analyze unsalable products

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a retail environment


• Strong leadership and organizational skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals


• In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising


• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
