Job Description
We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant at our facility in Awka, Anambra State. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for effectively supporting C-suite executives by handling clerical duties, organizing emails, managing calendars and schedules, and performing other office errands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Manage calendars and schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
- Conduct research and compile reports or documents as needed.
- Act as a liaison between C-suite executives and other staff or external contacts.
- Ensure all office operations run smoothly, including ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Perform other office errands and tasks as required.
- Assist in organizing corporate events and functions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field.
- 2 years proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of staff and external contacts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
