Job Description




  • The ideal candidate for this role will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company, think critically when making plans, and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy


Key Responsibilities:



  • To support the team and management in achieving daily sales targets for the firm

  • Provide expert knowledge to customers for both orders and queries

  • Speaking with customers both over the phone and in person providing excellent service that addresses their needs.

  • Attending client meetings to promote both the business and products in a professional manner

  • Understand trends with clients and push further potential sales

  • Maintain accurate sales records for both new and existing clients

  • Analyze sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.

  • Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests

  • Meet sales revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities


Key Requirements:



  • First degree in business or mechanical engineering-related fields.

  • 3+ years of cognate experience in automobile or auto-parts sales delivering sales and margin growth within a B2B and or B2C environment.

  • Must have a consistent track record of achieving sales target

  • A dynamic and performance-oriented individual with strong negotiation and selling skills.

  • Commercial awareness and good knowledge of competitor activity and market conditions are a must

  • Experience in finding and developing new businesses.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Work well under pressure toward deadlines

  • Self-motivated and driven by targets
