As a Real Estate Sales Representative at Boaze Estate Development and Investment Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales for our portfolio of properties. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of dynamic tasks aimed at maximizing sales and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Your primary focus will be on cultivating relationships with clients and prospective buyers, effectively communicating the unique value propositions of our properties. With your keen understanding of the real estate market, you will expertly guide clients through the sales process, providing personalized service tailored to their individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close leads provided by the company with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.


• Generate and nurture leads independently to expand the client base.


• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers.


• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.


• Stay updated on market trends, Boaze's offerings, and competitors.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage promotional materials and campaigns.


• Achieve individual and team sales goals.


• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a successful sales representative in the real estate sector.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.


• Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.


• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and platforms.

Preferred Requirements:

• A degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
