We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Managing Director. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the MDs schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the MD, prioritizing and responding to inquiries as needed
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external distribution
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefs and summaries as required
Assist in the coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing office supplies
Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years proven experience as a Personal Assistant/Confidential Secretaryor similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative when necessary
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Higher National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Technology and Management, or related field preferred
