Our client is a fashion label in the heart of Lagos that specializes in couture, customized garments, and ready to wear clothing for customers

Job Requirements

• Should have proficiency in couture/ bespoke garments for women of class, bridal gowns, special occasions/party dresses/”owambe”, evening wears, cocktail dresses, etc.


• 5 years’ experience with the ability to work with little or no supervision


• Act as a link between the design and manufacturing stages


• Create pattern templates using working drawings


• Work with machinists to make samples


• Ability to make jackets and pantsuits will be an added advantage.


• Attention to details is very important.


• Style savviness, and ability to communicate with tailors and other workers on the styles to be made


• Ability to drape fabrics is an added advantage


• Must be able to liaise with customers on their chosen styles, fabrics and fit


• Preferably a graduate from a technical tailoring institution or polytechnic
