Job Description



  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our esteemed HR consulting and training firm.

  • You will play a key role in sourcing and hiring the best candidates both in-house and for our clients, while also supporting our Human Resources department in various administrative tasks, and functions, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our HR unit.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes and deliver best-fit candidates

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their talent management needs and provide customized solutions.

  • Conduct assessments to identify employee development needs and create personalized development plans.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs through data analysis and feedback.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing methods and strategies.

  • Participate in employee development and training

  • Participate in talent performance management

  • Continuously seek ways to improve HR processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the talent acquisition function, performance management, reporting, and other HR functions and processes to drive employee engagement, development, accountability, and seamless business operation.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Talent acquisition officer, recruiter, or in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) & recruitment software is a plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
