  • Traveling throughout an assigned territory to train and guide company sales representatives.

  • Evaluating sales and marketing data in order to identify the best sales and marketing strategies.

  • Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques.

  • Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.

  • Ensuringthatexpectationssetbythecompanyforbrandrecognitionwithinacertainzonearemet.

  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by persuading customers within and assigned territory to purchase company products and services.

  • Motivating Sales Representatives to achieve sales quotas and evaluating their performance based on their ability or inability to achieve sales quotas.


Requirement and Educational Qualifications



  • Proven experience working as a territory sales manager

  • Degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.

  • Candidate must reside around the following areas: Okiarin-Epe, Palmgroove,Surulere,Oshodi, Ikorodu,Mende, Ibafor, Amuwo-Odofin,Trade Fair, Badagry, Apapa,Satalite Town, Ibadan, Abeokuta, Ijebu-Ode,Ota, Ode-Remo, Abule,Agbado and Iffor.

  • Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
