Objectives

Carry out E2E delivery of RCAL & SCAL, digital rock physics services.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out analysis on ditch cuttings and core samples for clients.


• Plan and manage cost-effective logging and coring programs.


• Plan, undertake and manage petrophysical studies for reservoir characterization and volumetric resource assessment services.


• Plan, undertake and manage bio stratigraphical studies for reservoir characterization and volumetric resource assessment services.


• Supervise the delivery of the standard core laboratory and efficiently operate and maintain.


• Collaborate and support PVT services during peak demand.

Educational Qualification

• First Bachelors Degree or its equivalent in Engineering, Physical Sciences or related fields


• A Master degree will be an added advantage


• Professional qualification, certification and membership of at least one relevant professional body e.g. NAPE, SPE, NSE, COREN, PETAN, etc.


• Experience in oil and gas industry and in similar functional area is an added advantage

Competence

• Rig operations knowledge.


• Reservoir Engineering Knowledge.


• Formation Evaluation.


• Laboratory Analytical skills (Biostratography, RCAL, SCAL).


• Knowledge of Health, Safety, Security and Environment.


• Knowledge of Oil and Gas industry.


• Project Management Skills.

Experience

• Minimum of 9 years relevant post qualification experience


• Experience in the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.
