Objectives

Co-ordinate E2E Marine & Offshore Environmental services such as ESIA, ECM, EDM, EBSA, Air Quality Pollution control, JIV Services for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures uptime of Laboratory equipment related to Environmental services to reduce outsourcing in the short term and eliminate same on the long term.


• Implements environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, IMO and local regulations.


• Ensures cost efficient and timely delivery of ESIA, ECM, EDM, EBSA, Air Quality Pollution control, JIV Services for clients.


• Conducts environmental audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.


• Provides information to regulatory agencies and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.


• Keeps abreast of changes in environmental regulations and ensures that the company's operations are in compliance.


• Ensures environmental budget compliance.


• Assess and manages environmental liabilities and risks associated with the company's operations.

Educational Qualification

• First Bachelors Degree or its equivalent in Engineering, Physical Sciences or related fields


• A master’s degree will be an added advantage


• Professional qualification, certification and membership of at least one relevant professional body e.g. NAPE, SPE, NSE, COREN, PETAN, etc.


• Experience in oil and gas industry and in similar functional area is an added advantage

• Knowledge of environmental regulations, policies, and best practices.

Experience

• Minimum of 9 years relevant post qualification experience
