Job Description
Objectives
Co-ordinate E2E Marine & Offshore Environmental services such as ESIA, ECM, EDM, EBSA, Air Quality Pollution control, JIV Services for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures uptime of Laboratory equipment related to Environmental services to reduce outsourcing in the short term and eliminate same on the long term.
- Implements environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, IMO and local regulations.
- Ensures cost efficient and timely delivery of ESIA, ECM, EDM, EBSA, Air Quality Pollution control, JIV Services for clients.
- Conducts environmental audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provides information to regulatory agencies and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Keeps abreast of changes in environmental regulations and ensures that the company's operations are in compliance.
- Ensures environmental budget compliance.
- Assess and manages environmental liabilities and risks associated with the company's operations.
Educational Qualification
- First Bachelors Degree or its equivalent in Engineering, Physical Sciences or related fields
- A master’s degree will be an added advantage
- Professional qualification, certification and membership of at least one relevant professional body e.g. NAPE, SPE, NSE, COREN, PETAN, etc.
- Experience in oil and gas industry and in similar functional area is an added advantage

- Knowledge of environmental regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Knowledge of Marine & Offshore environmental assessment methods.

Experience
- Minimum of 9 years relevant post qualification experience
- Experience in the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.
