Objectives

• Manage cost performance reviews

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate business and asset cost performance metrics


• Coordinate the process of cost analytics to understand cost drivers and interdependencies of cost


• Coordinate the process of setting benchmarks for NEPL operational costs using tools like Questor and other peer benchmark data


• Liaise with process excellence unit to acheive cost leadership for NEPL across the industry

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Sciences, Engineering, or any of the Business/Social Sciences/Management Sciences discipline.


• A Master degree is an added advantage Professional qualification and membership of at least one professional body e.g. PMI, SPE, NAPE, NSE, NIM etc.

Competence

• Skills in cost benchmarking, finance and cost-allocation


• Skills in cost performance reporting


• Skills in NEPL internal business processes and operation flow charts


• Skills in historical cost reporting and cost forecasting


• Competence in ISO standards and process change management

Experience

• Minimum of 9 years relevant post qualification experience


• Experience in the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.

Age Limit: 37 years
